The recent completion of the Fayat Groups Marini Asphalt manufacturing plant in South Windsor NSW was an excellent opportunity for S&M Cranes to showcase its capabilities and talents.
S&M Cranes was appointed as the site project management team with full responsibility to provide all of the equipment and manpower used on the project. The project was completed on time and within budget with no safety incidents throughout the 3 months lifting project. Additionally, there was damage to any of the clients building assets, a rarity in a job of this scale.

The project was not only completed withing the stated objectives, we were able to save the client significantly on equipment hire and traditional project management costs utilising our long established network of suppliers for both services and equipment.Several teams from various companies were involved and all were coordinated via S&M Cranes. The successful conclusion of this project led to S&M Cranes being requested to repeat the success in two additional installations.
