Fayat Group - Marini Ashphalt Plant

S&M Cranes were initially contracted to provide lifting only services on this project. Within the first week, It became apparent to the project owners that that S&M Cranes had a unique insight into the projects requirements. Subsequently, the erection project management was transferred to S&M Cranes. S&M Cranes managed every aspect of the build from materials supply and delivery right through to construction and fitments of all of the major components. S&M Cranes completed this job well within the stated timeline and budget and was asked to perform the same task on two similar sites.

Project Brief

To provide lifting solutions for a complex multifaceted engineering erection and construction of an Asphalt plant.

  • Source and supply manpower and equipment
  • Project management of numerous lifting teams and various trades within the scope of the project.

This project was delivered on time and on budget with significant savings to client.S&M Capacity to provide all of the equipment and lifting teams meant lower hiring and project management cost overall.
