Relocatable classrooms erection and installation – West Sydney region

This was a particularly interesting and challenging job in that S&M Cranes was provided complete project management,  control and responsibility for the work. This project went well beyond the scope of lifting items and extended well into construction, fabrication, project management and engineering. The job was completed well within time and budget and has led to additional work from the Dept of Education.

Project Brief

To provide a wide gamut of services and manpower. Additionally to provide entire job project management from beginning to end.

  • Engage with engineers and multiple trades as site project managers.
  • Co-coordinating manpower and equipment including numerous external supply services
  • Project managing the lifting teams within the scope of the stated guidelines
The Result

Project was delivered both on time and well within resources budget. intelligent use of construction waste materials resulted in significant reduction of offsite land fill waste along with corresponding cost savings in the vicinity of $35,000 for client.
