RAAF Remediation Works Project

Raaf Base Williamtown, – North East Coast NSW

S&M Cranes were required to perform various tasks on this job that normally fall outside of the scope of our normal works. That stated, the challenges of the job site and security access challenges for various trades meant an increased level of self sufficiency and co-ordinates resources management.

Project Brief

To provide lifting solutions for various aspects of the re mediated building works and new builds.

  • Consulting with engineers and project  managers.
  • Co-coordinating manpower and equipment
  • Project managing the lifting teams within the scope of the stated guidelines
The Result

We were able to deliver this project on time and on budget with notable savings to client in the form of the provision of additional staff within the scope of  works. This resulted in cost and time savings for our client along with the project management team.
